Alignment of the alienation of monuments of local importance

Harmonization of the alienation or transfer of monuments of local value by their owners or their authorized bodies to other persons who are in possession, use or management (alienation (sale, gift, lease, mortgage, privatization, privatization by auction sale). The Memorial of the Cultural Heritage (hereinafter - "Memo") is an object of cultural heritage which is entered in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine
Objects of cultural heritage that are monuments (except for memorials, the alienation or transfer of which is restricted by legislative acts of Ukraine) may be alienated, and also transferred by the owner or authorized by him to the authority to own, use or manage from another legal entity or individual, subject to the agreement of the relevant cultural protection authority heritage.
Harmonization of the alienation or transfer of cultural monuments of local significance is a document issued by an authorized body to legal entities and individuals for the further possession, use or management of a monument of local significance (its lease) and newly-discovered objects of cultural heritage.
It should be noted that this document is issued only to the owners of attractions or their authorized bodies. One of the grounds for refusal, along with the submission of an incomplete or unreliable package of documents, is the non-fulfillment by the applicant of the terms of the security contract.
