Coordination of land management projects for land allotment

Approval of land management projects for the allocation of land in accordance with the requirements of the Land Code of Ukraine (Office for the Protection of Cultural Heritage)

A land lease project is a document developed by individuals or legal entities licensed to carry out land management works and includes text and graphic materials, mandatory provisions set for project development tasks, other data necessary for resolving the issue of land allocation.
Land management projects for the allocation of land plots are developed in the event of a change in the intended use of land plots or the formation of new land plots.

Land management projects regarding land plots are coordinated and approved in accordance with the procedure established by the Land Code of Ukraine.

In accordance with Article 186-1 of the Land Code of Ukraine, a land management plan for the allocation of land plots of all categories and forms of ownership is subject to mandatory agreement with the territorial body of the central executive authority, which implements state policy in the field of land relations.

In addition, the project land tenure land located on the territory of monuments of cultural heritage of national importance, their protected areas and protected archaeological territories, is also subject to approval by the central executive authority, which implements state policy in the field of cultural heritage protection located on the territory of historical and cultural purposes, cultural heritage of local significance, their protected areas, in historical areas of settlements and other lands of historical and cultural purpose, except for the cases specified above, is subject to the same agreement with the executive body of the Autonomous Republic Crimea in the sphere of cultural heritage protection, the corresponding structural subdivision of the regional, Kyiv or Sevastopol city state administration in the sphere of cultural heritage protection
